MINUTES OF THE ENCINITAS CITY COUNCIL SPECIAL MEETING
SEPTEMBER 13, 2023, 3:30 P.M., 505 SOUTH VULCAN AVENUE
CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL
Mayor Kranz called the meeting to order at 3:30 p.m.
Present: Mayor Tony Kranz, Deputy Mayor Joy Lyndes, Council Members Bruce Ehlers, and Kellie Shay Hinze
Absent: Council Member Allison Blackwell
Also present: City Manager Antil, City Attorney Preziosi, Administrative Services Director Schwarm, Development Services Director Sapa’u, Special Counsel Barbara Kautz, City Clerk Hollywood, and Deputy City Clerk Weichers
There being a quorum present, the meeting was in order.

Mayor and City Council adjourned into Closed Session at 3:31 p.m.
REPORT FROM CLOSED SESSION
City Attorney Preziosi reported at the 6:00 p.m., regular City Council meeting that the City Council held a Closed Session at approximately 3:30 p.m., to consider one item and there was no reportable action.
ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Kranz adjourned the meeting at 3:45 p.m.
