MINUTES OF THE ENCINITAS CITY COUNCIL SPECIAL MEETING

CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL
Mayor Kranz called the meeting to order at 4:01 p.m.
Present: Mayor Tony Kranz, Deputy Mayor Joy Lyndes, Council Members Allison Blackwell, Bruce Ehlers, and Kellie Shay Hinze
Absent: None
Also present: City Attorney Preziosi, City Clerk Hollywood, and Deputy City Clerk Weichers
There being a quorum present, the meeting was in order.

TITLE: City Manager
There were no public speakers.
Mayor and City Council adjourned into Closed Session at 4:02 p.m.
REPORT FROM CLOSED SESSION
City Attorney Preziosi reported at the 6:00 p.m., regular City Council meeting that the City Council held a Closed Session at approximately 4:02 p.m., to consider one item. City Council adjourned the Closed Session at approximately 5:50 p.m., and there was no reportable action.
ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Kranz adjourned the meeting at 5:50 p.m.
