MINUTES OF THE ENCINITAS CITY COUNCIL SPECIAL MEETING
OCTOBER 18, 2023, 3:30 P.M., 505 SOUTH VULCAN AVENUE
CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL
Mayor Kranz called the meeting to order at 3:30 p.m.
Present: Mayor Tony Kranz, Deputy Mayor Joy Lyndes, Council Members Allison Blackwell, Bruce Ehlers, and Kellie Shay Hinze (arrived at 3:35 p.m.)
Absent: None
Also present: City Attorney Preziosi, City Manager Antil, Assistant City Manager Campbell, Deputy City Manager Sapa’u (Item #2), Development Services Director Kusiak (Item #2), Senior Planner Jedynak (Item #2), City Clerk Hollywood, and Deputy City Clerk Weichers
There being a quorum present, the meeting was in order.

City Attorney Preziosi reported at the 6:00 p.m., regular City Council meeting that the City Council held a Closed Session at approximately 3:30 p.m., to consider two items, and there were no reportable actions.
