MINUTES OF THE ENCINITAS CITY COUNCIL SPECIAL MEETING
OCTOBER 25, 2023, 4:00 P.M., 505 SOUTH VULCAN AVENUE
CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL
Mayor Kranz called the meeting to order at 4:01 p.m.
Present: Mayor Tony Kranz, Deputy Mayor Joy Lyndes, Council Members Allison Blackwell, Bruce Ehlers, and Kellie Shay Hinze
Absent: None
Also present: City Attorney Preziosi (Item #1), City Manager Antil (Items 1-2, Assistant City Manager Campbell (Item #1), Deputy City Manager Sapa’u (Item #1), Administrative Services Director Schwarm (Item #1), Special Counsel Mitch Dean (Item #1), City Clerk Hollywood, and Deputy City Clerk Weichers
There being a quorum present, the meeting was in order.

City Attorney Preziosi reported at the 6:00 p.m., regular City Council meeting that the City Council held a Closed Session at approximately 4:00 p.m., to consider two items, and there were no reportable actions.
ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Kranz adjourned the Closed Session meeting at 5:29 p.m.
