MINUTES OF THE ENCINITAS CITY COUNCIL SPECIAL MEETING
JUNE 12, 2024, 4:00 P.M., 505 SOUTH VULCAN AVENUE
CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL
Mayor Kranz called the meeting to order at 4:00 p.m.
Present: Mayor Tony Kranz, Deputy Mayor Allison Blackwell, Council Members Bruce Ehlers, and Joy Lyndes
Absent: Council Member Kellie Shay Hinze

TITLE: City Manager
City Attorney Preziosi clarified that for Closed Session Agenda Item #3, the correct property addresses listed should be 1478 and 1480 Neptune Avenue.
There were no public speakers.
Mayor and City Council adjourned into Closed Session at 4:03 p.m.
REPORT FROM CLOSED SESSION
City Attorney Preziosi reported at the 6:00 p.m., regular City Council meeting that the City Council held a Closed Session at approximately 4:00 p.m., to discuss five items, and there were no reportable actions. City Attorney Preziosi also clarified for Closed Session Item #3 the correct property addresses listed should reflect 1478 and 1480 Neptune Avenue.
ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Kranz adjourned the Closed Session meeting at 5:50 p.m.
