MINUTES OF THE ENCINITAS CITY COUNCIL SPECIAL MEETING
JUNE 25, 2024, 11:00 A.M., 505 SOUTH VULCAN AVENUE
CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL
Mayor Kranz called the meeting to order at 11:00 a.m.
Present: Mayor Tony Kranz, Deputy Mayor Allision Blackwell, Council Members Bruce Ehlers, Kellie Shay Hinze, and Joy Lyndes
Absent: None
Also present: City Attorney Preziosi, City Clerk Hollywood, and Management Analyst Rapp
There being a quorum present, the meeting was in order.
CLOSED SESSION
1. CLOSED SESSION: PUBLIC EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE EVALUATION AUTHORITY: Government Code 54957
TITLE: City Manager
There were no public speakers.
Mayor Kranz and City Council adjourned into Closed Session at 11:01 a.m.
Mayor Kranz reconvened the meeting into open session at 1:17 p.m.
REPORT FROM CLOSED SESSION
Mayor Kranz reported that the City Council held a Closed Session at approximately 11:00 a.m., to consider one item and there was no reportable action.
ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Kranz adjourned the meeting at 1:19 p.m.
