MINUTES OF THE ENCINITAS CITY COUNCIL SPECIAL MEETING
AUGUST 28, 2024, 4:00 P.M., 505 SOUTH VULCAN AVENUE
CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL
Mayor Kranz called the meeting to order at 4:00 p.m.
Present: Mayor Tony Kranz, Deputy Mayor Allision Blackwell, Council Members Bruce Ehlers, and Joy Lyndes
Absent: Council Member Kellie Shay Hinze
Also present: City Manager Antil, City Attorney Preziosi, Assistant City Manager Campbell, Deputy City Manager Sapa’u, Administrative Services Director Schwarm, Special Counsel Shawn Hagerty, City Clerk Hollywood, and Deputy City Clerk Weichers
There being a quorum present, the meeting was in order.

Mayor and City Council adjourned into Closed Session at 4:02 p.m.
REPORT FROM CLOSED SESSION
City Attorney Preziosi reported at the 6:00 p.m., regular City Council meeting that the City Council held a Closed Session at approximately 4:00 p.m., to consider one item, and there was no reportable action.
ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Kranz adjourned the meeting at 4:37 p.m.
