MINUTES OF THE ENCINITAS CITY COUNCIL SPECIAL MEETING

CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL
Mayor Kranz called the meeting to order at 4:30 p.m.
Present: Mayor Tony Kranz, Deputy Mayor Allision Blackwell, Council Members Bruce Ehlers, and Joy Lyndes
Absent: Council Member Kellie Shay Hinze
Also present: City Manager Antil, Assistant City Manager Campbell, Deputy City Manager Sapa’u, City Attorney Preziosi, Administrative Services Director Schwarm, Special Council Rod Coppedge (Item #1), Special Council Mitch Dean (Item #2), Risk Consultant with Claims Management Garbo (Item #2), Deputy City Clerk Weichers and Management Analyst Rapp
There being a quorum present, the meeting was in order.

City Attorney Preziosi reported at the 6:00 p.m., regular City Council meeting that the City Council held a Closed Session at approximately 4:30 p.m., to consider two items, and there were no reportable actions.
ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Kranz adjourned the meeting at 5:00 p.m.
