Mayor Kranz called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m.

Also present: City Manager Antil, Assistant City Manager Campbell, Deputy City Manager Sapa'u, City Attorney Preziosi, Administrative Services Director Schwarm, Assistant Director of Development Services Colamussi, Special Counsel MacNevin Jee, City Clerk Hollywood, and Deputy City Clerk Weichers There being a quorum present, the meeting was in order.

City Attorney Preziosi reported at the 6:00 p.m., regular City Council meeting that the City Council held a Closed Session at approximately 5:30 p.m., to discuss one item and there was no reportable action.

Mayor Kranz adjourned the meeting at 5:48 p.m.
