MINUTES OF THE ENCINITAS CITY COUNCIL SPECIAL MEETING
NOVEMBER 13, 2024, 5:00 P.M., 505 SOUTH VULCAN AVENUE
CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL
Mayor Kranz called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m.
Present: Mayor Tony Kranz, Deputy Mayor Allision Blackwell, and Council Members Bruce Ehlers, Joy Lyndes, and Kellie Shay Hinze
Absent: None
Also present: City Manager Antil, Assistant City Manager Campbell, Deputy City Manager Sapa’u, City Attorney Preziosi, Administrative Services Director Schwarm, Deputy City Clerk Weichers, and Management Analyst Rapp
There being a quorum present, the meeting was in order.

Mayor and City Council adjourned into Closed Session at 5:01 p.m.
REPORT FROM CLOSED SESSION
City Attorney Preziosi reported at the 6:00 p.m., regular City Council meeting that the City Council held a Closed Session at approximately 5:00 p.m., to discuss one item and there was no reportable action.
ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Kranz adjourned the meeting at 5:15 p.m.
