MINUTES OF THE ENCINITAS CITY COUNCIL SPECIAL MEETING
MARCH 19, 2025, 4:00 P.M., 505 SOUTH VULCAN AVENUE
CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL
Mayor Ehlers called the meeting to order at 4:00 p.m.
Present: Mayor Bruce Ehlers and Council Members Jim O’Hara, Luke Shaffer, and Marco San Antonio
Absent: Deputy Mayor Joy Lyndes
Also present: City Manager Campbell, City Attorney Preziosi, Administrative Services Director Schwarm, Deputy City Manager Sapa’u, Interim Director of Development Services Colamussi, Code Enforcement Supervisor Jemison, Assistant City Prosecutor Donovan, City Clerk Hollywood, and Deputy City Clerk Weichers
There being a quorum present, the meeting was in order.

There were no public speakers.
Mayor and City Council adjourned into Closed Session at 4:01 p.m.
REPORT FROM CLOSED SESSION
City Attorney Preziosi reported at the 6:00 p.m. regular City Council meeting that the City Council held a Closed Session at approximately 4:00 p.m. to discuss one item on the Closed Session Agenda, all members of the council were present with the exception of Deputy Mayor Lyndes, and there was no reportable action.
ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Ehlers adjourned the meeting at 5:12 p.m.
