MINUTES OF THE ENCINITAS CITY COUNCIL SPECIAL MEETING
APRIL 16, 2025, 4:00 P.M., 505 SOUTH VULCAN AVENUE
CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL
Mayor Ehlers called the meeting to order at 4:02 p.m.
Present: Mayor Bruce Ehlers, Council Members Jim O’Hara, Luke Shaffer, and Marco San Antonio
Absent: Deputy Mayor Joy Lyndes
Also present: City Manager Campbell, City Attorney Preziosi, Assistant City Manager Schwarm, Special Counsel Tim Davis, Deputy City Clerk Weichers, and Management Analyst Rapp
There being a quorum present, the meeting was in order.

There were no public speakers.
Mayor and City Council adjourned into Closed Session at 4:03 p.m.
REPORT FROM CLOSED SESSION
City Attorney Preziosi reported at the 6:00 p.m. regular City Council meeting that the City Council held a Closed Session at approximately 4:00 p.m., to discuss one item on the Closed Session Agenda, and while in closed session the City Council took no reportable action.
ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Ehlers adjourned the meeting at 4:21 p.m.
