MINUTES OF THE ENCINITAS CITY COUNCIL SPECIAL MEETING
MAY 7, 2025, 4:30 P.M., 505 SOUTH VULCAN AVENUE
CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL
Mayor Ehlers called the meeting to order at 4:31 p.m.
Present: Mayor Bruce Ehlers, Deputy Mayor Joy Lyndes, Council Members Jim O’Hara, Luke Shaffer, and Marco San Antonio
Absent: None
Also present: City Manager Campbell, City Attorney Preziosi, Assistant City Manager Schwarm, Special Counsel Seymour Everett III (Item #1A), Special Counsel Christopher Lee (Item #1A), Deputy City Manager Sapa’u (Item #1A), Code Enforcement Supervisor Jemison (Item #1A), Special Counsel Tim Davis (Item #1B), Special Counsel Mitch Dean (Item #2), City Clerk Hollywood, and Deputy City Clerk Weichers
There being a quorum present, the meeting was in order.

REPORT FROM CLOSED SESSION
City Attorney Preziosi reported at the 6:00 p.m. regular City Council meeting that the City Council held a Closed Session at approximately 4:00 p.m., to discuss the three items listed on the Closed Session Agenda, and while in closed session the City Council took no reportable actions.
ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Ehlers adjourned the meeting at 6:16 p.m.
