MINUTES OF THE ENCINITAS CITY COUNCIL SPECIAL MEETING

CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL
Mayor Ehlers called the meeting to order at 11:03 a.m.
Present: Mayor Bruce Ehlers, Deputy Mayor Joy Lyndes, Council Members Jim O’Hara, Marco San Antonio, and Luke Shaffer
Absent: None
Also present: City Manager Campbell, City Attorney Preziosi, Assistant City Manager Schwarm, Special Counsel Micheal Colantuono (Item #1), Special Counsel Leslie Devaney (Item #2), City Clerk Hollywood, and Management Analyst Rapp
There being a quorum present, the meeting was in order.

The Mayor and City Council adjourned into Closed Session at 11:08 a.m. and reconvened the meeting at 1:46 p.m.
REPORT FROM CLOSED SESSION

ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Ehlers adjourned the meeting at 1:49 p.m.
