MINUTES OF THE ENCINITAS CITY COUNCIL SPECIAL MEETING

CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL
Mayor Ehlers called the meeting to order at 4:00 p.m.
Present: Mayor Bruce Ehlers, Deputy Mayor Jim O’Hara (arrived at 4:02 p.m.), Council Members Joy Lyndes, Marco San Antonio, and Luke Shaffer
Absent: None
Also present: City Manager Campbell, Interim City Attorney Thind, Assistant City Manager Schwarm, Special Counsel Jeremy Dwork, Deputy City Clerk Weichers, and Management Analyst Rapp
There being a quorum present, the meeting was in order.

EXPOSURE TO LITIGATION

There were no public speakers.
The Mayor and City Council adjourned into Closed Session at 4:01 p.m.
REPORT FROM CLOSED SESSION
At the Regular 6:00 p.m. City Council Meeting Interim City Attorney Thind reported that the City Council held a Closed Session at approximately 4:00 p.m. and there were no reportable actions.
ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Ehlers adjourned the meeting at 4:44 p.m.
