1. CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL
San Dieguito Water District Board Members receive an independent stipend of $100 for convening the Water District meetings pursuant to San Dieguito Water District Resolution No. 89-07.

4. PUBLIC COMMENTS (ONLY TAKEN ON FEBRUARY 2) - A maximum of 2 hours will be set aside at the beginning of the February 2, 2026, meeting. Speakers remaining after that time will be heard during the lunch break and, if necessary, at the end of the meeting on February 2, 2026. Each speaker is allowed up to three (3) minutes to address the City Council. Please be aware that the Mayor has the authority to reduce equally each speaker’s time to accommodate a larger number of speakers.
5. AGENDA ITEM Please note this is not a budget/CIP workshop. The budget/CIP workshops are tentatively scheduled for City Council meetings on March 18, 2026, and April 8, 2026. 5A.

Notice to the Public:
To ensure that the City meets your needs when addressing the City Council, all presentation materials which require the use of visual equipment need to be submitted to the City's IT Division at least 24 hours in advance of the meeting (except for appeal hearings where materials must be submitted 7 days in advance). This includes photographs, Microsoft Office documents (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
No CD's, DVD's, or USB thumb/flash drives will be accepted at the meeting.
All materials must be in PC format and digital presentation items must be emailed to [email protected]
. Please label all materials with the corresponding agenda item number. Should technical assistance be necessary, it will be available to presenters from 5:30 p.m. to 5:50 p.m. on the day of the meeting. Presentation of video/digital/photographs are considered part of the maximum time limit provided to speakers.
