MINUTES OF THE ENCINITAS CITY COUNCIL SPECIAL MEETING

Mayor Ehlers called the meeting to order at 3:30 p.m.
Present: Mayor Bruce Ehlers, Deputy Mayor Jim O’Hara (arrived at 3:36 p.m.), Council Members Joy Lyndes, Marco San Antonio, and Luke Shaffer
Absent: None

The Mayor and City Council adjourned into Closed Session at 3:32 p.m.
REPORT FROM CLOSED SESSION
At the Regular 6:00 p.m. City Council Meeting Interim City Attorney Thind reported that the City Council held a Closed Session at approximately 3:30 p.m. to hear five items listed on the Closed Session Agenda, and there were no reportable actions.
ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Ehlers adjourned the meeting at 5:55 p.m.
