MINUTES OF THE ENCINITAS CITY COUNCIL SPECIAL MEETING

CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL
Mayor Ehlers called the meeting to order at 3:32 p.m.
Present: Mayor Bruce Ehlers, Deputy Mayor Jim O’Hara (arrived at 3:43 p.m.), Council Members Joy Lyndes, Marco San Antonio, and Luke Shaffer
Absent: None
Also present: City Manager Campbell, Interim City Attorney Thind, Assistant City Manager Schwarm; Interim City Clerk Weichers, and Interim Deputy City Clerk Rapp
There being a quorum present, the meeting was in order.

There were no public speakers.
The Mayor and City Council adjourned into Closed Session at 3:33 p.m.
REPORT FROM CLOSED SESSION
At the Regular 6:00 p.m. City Council Meeting Mayor Ehlers reported that the City Council held a Closed Session at approximately 3:30 p.m. to hear two items listed on the Closed Session Agenda, and there were no reportable actions.
ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Ehlers adjourned the meeting at 5:51 p.m.
