Approval of Design and Plans and Authorization to Advertise for Construction of the Wiro Park Improvements Project (CP23D). Environmental Considerations: This project has been determined to be exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Sections 15301 and 15302. Class 1 exemptions, "consist of the operation, repair, maintenance, permitting, leasing, licensing, or minor alteration of existing public or private structures, facilities, mechanical equipment, or topographic features, involving negligible or no expansion of existing or former use." The proposed scope of work includes the removal and replacement of existing playground equipment, safety surfacing and drainage improvements for the existing community park.
