MINUTES OF THE ENCINITAS CITY COUNCIL SPECIAL MEETING

CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL
Mayor Ehlers called the meeting to order at 3:30 p.m.
Present: Mayor Bruce Ehlers, Deputy Mayor Jim O’Hara (arrived at 3:36 p.m.), Council Members Joy Lyndes, Marco San Antonio (arrived at 3:37 p.m.), and Luke Shaffer
Absent: None
Also present: City Manager Campbell, Interim City Attorney Thind, Assistant; City Manager Schwarm; and City Clerk Weichers, and Deputy City Clerk Rapp
There being a quorum present, the meeting was in order.

REPORT FROM CLOSED SESSION
At the Regular 6:00 p.m. City Council Meeting City Attorney Thind reported that the City Council held a Closed Session at approximately 3:30 p.m. to consider three cases listed on the Closed Session Agenda. There were no reportable actions, and Council Member Lyndes recused herself from Closed Session Item 2.
