MINUTES OF THE ENCINITAS CITY COUNCIL SPECIAL MEETING

CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL
Mayor Ehlers called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m.
Present: Mayor Bruce Ehlers, Deputy Mayor Jim O’Hara (arrived at 5:06 p.m.), Council Members Marco San Antonio and Luke Shaffer
Absent: Council Members Joy Lyndes
Also present: City Manager Campbell, Interim City Attorney Thind, Assistant City Manager Schwarm; Fire Chief Gordon, City Clerk Weichers, and Deputy City Clerk Rapp
There being a quorum present, the meeting was in order.

There were no public speakers.
The Mayor and City Council adjourned into Closed Session at 5:02 p.m.
REPORT FROM CLOSED SESSION
At the Regular 6:00 p.m., Interim City Attorney Thind reported that the City Council held a Closed Session at approximately 5:00 p.m. to consider two cases listed on the Closed Session Agenda and there were no reportable actions.
