2. ORAL COMMUNICATION
Neil Sholander – Requested the City increase pay for essential workers.
3. COUNCIL VISION AND STRUCTURAL DEFICIT STRATEGY WORKSHOP PART 2 Council reviewed new revenue options; defined essential city services; directed staff to conduct a community survey; discussed methods for providing direction to staff; and authorized the City Manager to explore the business-model scenario outlined during the June 7, 2023 City Council Meeting.
4. ADJOURNMENT
Mayor White adjourned the meeting at 5:00 p.m.
