SPECIAL MEETING OF THE ETNA CITY COUNCIL
Monday January 31, 2022
Members of the Etna City Council met on this 31st day of December, via TELECONFERENCE and IN PERSON. Mayor Pro-Tem Charnna Gilmore called the meeting to order and led in the Salute to the Flag of the United States of America.
Roll Call
Councilmembers Brandon Fawaz, Cliff Munson, and Charnna Gilmore were present. Mayor Jaime Tarne called in, and Councilmember Mitch Trost was absent.

Current Business:
CLOSED SESSION:
Discuss/Approve advertising for Accountant/Finance Director.
City Council unanimously approved setting a meeting to meet with City Auditor Charlie Pillon, Mayor Tarne, and Jill Tafoya.

There being no further business Mayor Pro-Tem Gilmore adjourned the meeting at 3:42 pm.
