SPECIAL MEETING OF THE ETNA CITY COUNCIL
Monday August 28, 2023
Members of the Etna City Council met on this 28th day of August in person. Mayor Cliff Munson called the meeting to order and led in the Salute to the Flag of the United States of America.

Councilmembers Jason Deppen, Brandon Fawaz, Mayor Cliff Munson, Charnna Gilmore, and John Stacher were present.

Current Business:
CLOSED SESSION: Pursuant to Government Code §54956.9(d)(4) - Conference With Legal Counsel Anticipated Litigation - 056-261-060-000 Foreclosure Update.
The Council reported that a foreclosure company had been hired. Unanimous vote.

There being no further business Mayor Munson adjourned the closed session meeting at 6:30 pm.
