SPECIAL MEETING OF THE ETNA CITY COUNCIL
Monday September 18, 2023
Members of the Etna City Council met on this 18
th day of September in person. Mayor Cliff
Munson called the meeting to order and led in the Salute to the Flag of the United States of America.
Roll Call
Mayor Cliff Munson, Charnna Gilmore, and John Stacher were present. Council members Brandon Fawaz, and Jason Deppen were absent.
Oral Comments from the Public on Non-Agenda Items
None.
Current Business:
Discuss/Approve Resolution 2023-011 – Expedited Drinking Water Grant Funding Program Project Proposal Form Authorized Representative, City Clerk. There was an error on the resolution naming the incorrect project. Council member Stacher made a motion to approve Resolution 2023-011 with the correction. Council member Gilmore seconded, and the motion passed.
Ayes: Munson, Gilmore, Stacher
CORRESPONDENCE:
City Clerk Pam Eastlick informed the Council that the City received the $80,000 reimbursement from the State. Clerk Eastlick added that Jenny has jury duty, and she has an appointment in Yreka for a notary therefore City Hall will be closed for a few hours tomorrow.

There being no further business Mayor Munson adjourned the closed session meeting at 5:37 pm.
