SPECIAL MEETING OF THE ETNA CITY COUNCIL
Monday September 25, 2023
Members of the Etna City Council met on this 25th day of September in person. Mayor Cliff Munson called the meeting to order and led in the Salute to the Flag of the United States of America.
Roll Call
Council members Jason Deppen, Mayor Cliff Munson, Charnna Gilmore, and John Stacher were present. Council member Brandon Fawaz arrived late.

Current Business:
CLOSED SESSION: Pursuant to Government Code §54956.9(d)(1) – Conference With Legal Counsel – Existing Litigation
• Kaub, Hawj Soobleej v. City of Etna
• Klenk v. City of Etna
City Attorneys Derick Konz and Carolyn Walker gave the Council an update regarding these two cases. No action was taken.
