SPECIAL MEETING OF THE ETNA CITY COUNCIL
Monday October 2, 2023
Members of the Etna City Council met on this 2
nd day of October in person. Mayor Cliff Munson
called the meeting to order and led in the Salute to the Flag of the United States of America.
Roll Call
Mayor Cliff Munson, Charnna Gilmore, and John Stacher were present. Council members Brandon Fawaz, and Jason Deppen were absent.
Oral Comments from the Public on Non-Agenda Items
None.
Current Business:
Discuss/Approve Resolution 2023-014 – A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Etna Authorizing the Mayor to Sign and Administer the Program Supplement No. 00000A271 to Administering Agency State Agreement for State Funded Projects No. 02- 5054S21. City Clerk Pamela Eastlick explained this gives Morgan Eastlick, City Engineer, authorization to prepare the plans and specs for Main Street from Callahan to Church. Council member Stacher moved to approve Resolution 2023-014, Gilmore seconded, and the motion passed.
