SPECIAL MEETING OF THE ETNA CITY COUNCIL
Monday November 20, 2023
Members of the Etna City Council met on this 20th day of November, via TELECONFERENCE.
Mayor Cliff Munson called the meeting to order and dispensed the flag salute to the United States of America.
Roll Call:
Council members Brandon Fawaz, Jason Deppen, Mayor Cliff Munson, Charnna Gilmore, and John Stacher were present.

Current Business:
CLOSED SESSION: Pursuant to Government Code §54956.9(d)(1) – Pending/Existing Litigation (Non-Settlement)
Conference with Legal Counsel: Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation, as Trustee for the Benefit of the Freddie Mac Seasoned Credit Risk Transfer Trust, Series 2018-3 VS City of Etna; Albert E. Facey; Valeda M. Facey; Mid Valley Title and Escrow Company; and Does 1-20, Inclusive.
The City Council met in closed session with Carolyn Walker from Prentice Long and unanimously agreed to direct Mayor Munson to seek a real estate attorney.
