SPECIAL MEETING OF THE ETNA CITY COUNCIL
Tuesday October 7, 2025
Members of the Etna City Council met on this 7
th day of October in person and
TELECONFERENCE (Zoom). Mayor Cliff Munson called the meeting to order and led in the salute to the flag of the United States of America.
1. Call to Order:
a. Pledge of Allegiance
b. Roll Call
Council members Brandon Fawaz, Jason Deppen, Mayor Cliff Munson, Matt Eastlick, and John Stacher were present.
2. Public Comment:
None.
3. Current Business:
a. Discuss/Approve Water System Improvements Project Contract Award (Project #: EDWG-470004-001C) in Total of $5,675,268.00 to Shasta Services, Inc.
Timberworks
Councilmember Deppen made a amotion to approve the contract award.
Councilmember Stacher seconded, and the motion passed. City Engineer Morgan Eastlick explained that this project is for the new treatment plant.
Ayes: Stacher, Eastlick, Munson, Deppen, Fawaz
4. Adjournment:
There being no further business Mayor Munson adjourned the meeting at 6:03 pm.
