SPECIAL MEETING OF THE ETNA CITY COUNCIL
Wednesday December 10, 2025
Members of the Etna City Council met on this 10th day of December in person. Councilmember Jason Deppen called the meeting to order and led in the salute to the flag of the United States of America.
1. Call to Order:
a. Pledge of Allegiance
b. Roll Call
Councilmembers Jason Deppen, John Stacher, and Matt Eastlick were present.
Councilmember Brandon Fawaz, and Mayor Cliff Munson were absent.
2. Public Comment:
None.
3. Closed Session:
a. Conference with Real Property Negotiators (Gov. Code §54956.8) Property: 337 Main Street, Etna CA (APN: 056-032-180)
Negotiating Parties: Andrew L. Jared, City Attorney (City of Etna) Darrin Mercier for Linda Moak (Property Owner)
Under Negotiation: Price and terms of payment
The City Council provided direction. No reportable action.

There being no further business Mayor Munson adjourned the meeting at 7:58 am.
