Natalie Arroyo moved, seconded by Kim Bergel, Adopt Resolution No. 2022-10 of the City of Eureka City Council to lease and develop the two City owned parcels on 3rd between G and H Streets through a public/private partnership, including the language change as proposed, motion Carried
