The City Council of the City of Eureka met in Special Session on the above date, 5:00 P.M. Open Session, at the Eureka City Hall, Council Chambers, 531 “K” Street, Eureka.

Commissioner Mueller moved, Seconded by Griffith to recommend to the Council that the commission approves the one-way couplet on Dolbeer, Chester and W Streets.

Leslie Castellano moved, seconded by Natalie Arroyo, to adopt a Resolution of the City Council designating Dolbeer Street between Chester and Hemlock Streets as a one-way northbound street; W Street between Chester and Hemlock Streets as a one-way southbound street; and Chester between Dolbeer and W street as a one-way westbound street; and continued engagement with Eureka City Schools for safety solutions, motion Failed
