The City Council of the City of Eureka met in REGULAR Session on the above date, 6:00 P.M. Open Session, at the Eureka City Hall, Council Chambers, 531 “K” Street, Eureka.

F.3 Linc Housing Affordable Housing and Sustainable Communities Grant Application - Adopt Resolution No. 2023-16 of the City Council authorizing submittal of an application for the Affordable Housing and Sustainable Communities Program
F.4 Designation of Applicant’s Agent Resolution - Adopt Resolution No. 2023-17 of the City Council entitled “Designation of Applicant’s Agent Resolution” to designate the City Manager, Assistant City Manager, and the Director of Public Works as Authorized Agents to file the Application with CalOES for disaster assistance resulting from December 20, 2022 earthquake.
