The City Council of the City of Eureka met in Special Session on the above date, 5:00 P.M. at the Eureka City Hall, Council Chambers, 531 “K” Street, Eureka.
Renee Contreras-DeLoach moved, seconded by Leslie Castellano, to allow Councilmember Moulton to participate through teleconference, motion Carried Ayes: Leslie Castellano, Kati Moulton, Scott Bauer, Renee Contreras-DeLoach Noes: None

Principal Planner Kristen Goetz provided a report. No one from the public addressed the Council regarding this subject matter.
