Mario Fernandez, Adopt Resolution No. 2024-25 of the City Council finding the project exempt from CEQA and authorizing the City Manager to enter into a Disposition and Development Agreement (DDA) with Danco for development of the EaRTH Center, motion Carried Ayes: Kati Moulton, Leslie Castellano, G. Adopt Resolution No. 2024- 26 of the City Council of the City of Eureka designating projects to be funded by the Road Maintenance and Rehabilitation Account (RMRA) for Fiscal Year 2024/2025.
F.2 Letter in Support of AB 2236, Authorize Mayor Bergel to sign and staff to transmit letter in support of AB 2236
G) LEGISLATIVE ACTION CORRESPONDENCE
By Consensus Council approved Councilmember Bauer request for a letter of support for AB 2236 placed on the next agenda.

K) CITY MANAGER REPORTS
K.1 EPD Homeless Survey - Commander LaFrance provided a report on EPD Homeless Survey.
Leslie Castellano moved, seconded by G. Mario Fernandez, motion to extend the meeting to 10pm, motion Carried

L) PUBLIC COMMENT CONTINUED
M) COUNCIL REPORTS / CITY-RELATED TRAVEL REPORTS
Councilmember Castellano had breakfast at Station 3 with Humboldt Bay Fire.
Attended Friday Night Market and Kinetic Sculpture Race. Attended Harbor 2x2 and Eureka Main Street meeting where COAD presented.
Councilmember Contreras-Deloach, did not have any meetings to attend. Did meet with staff on several occasions
Councilmember Moulton, no travel to report. Attended Kinetic Grand Championship and Forest Moon Festival. Attended Eureka City Schools 2x2, discussed sharing of facilities, impressed with Early Literacy Numbers at Eureka City Schools
Councilmember Bauer, attended RCEA and County 2x2 meeting. Was impressed with turn out with Friday Night Market turnout, saw part of Kinetic Sculpture Race. Attended presentation at Eureka High on sugar consumption.
Councilmember Fernandez, met with Harbor about dredging that needs to be done. Attended Eureka City Schools Community Schools Mixer. Visited several Lemonade Day Booths. Attended Friday Night Market and Queer Prom.
