The City Council of the City of Eureka met in SPECIAL Session on the above date, 5:00 P.M. Open Session, at the Eureka City Hall, Council Chambers, 531 “K” Street, Eureka.

Councilmember Fernandez joined via teleconference, Councilmember Castellano moved, seconded by Councilmember Moulton to allow Councilmember Fernandez to participate via Zoom due to Conference attendance out of State, motion carried.
