F.1 Council Minutes - Approve the City Council regular meeting minutes of February 18th and March 4, 2025 as submitted.
F.2 Pavement Rehabilitation 2024 Bid No. 2024-17 - STIP Funding Allocation - Authorize an appropriation to Bid No. 2024-17 Pavement Rehabilitation for $600,000 of State Transportation Improvement Program (STIP) funding.
F.3 Destruction of Records - Adopt Resolution No. 2025-05 of the City Council approving the destruction of records pursuant to Government Code and City policy.
F.4 Eureka Rhododendron Parade - Sponsor the Eureka Rhododendron Parade coordinated by Eureka Old Town Rotary.
F.5 Exempt Surplus Property Resolution for Sunset Heights - Adopt Resolution No. 2025-06 of the City Council of the City of Eureka finding the Sunset Heights Property (APNs 008-052-024, -025, -026, and - 032) is exempt surplus land pursuant to California Government Code Section 54221 (f)(1)(A) and/or 54421 (f)(1)(F) because the property is to be disposed of for development of deed-restricted affordable housing.
F.6 Policy 3.16 - Bilingual Pay - Adopt Policy 3.16 - Bilingual Pay, to establish a structured incentive program for employees providing bilingual translation and interpretation assistance.
F.7 2040 General Plan Annual Progress Report for the Year 2024 – Receive report.

By consensus the meeting was extended to 1:30 AM
Moulton moved, seconded by Bauer to table the item until April 1, 2025 meeting.
Substitute motion - Contreras-DeLoach moved, second by Fernandez to table the item till unknown date after the ad-hoc committee has the ability to meet and advise, motion withdrawn.
By consensus, Council provided direction to staff to work on 8 points prior to agendizing the ordinance at a future meeting.
