The City Council of the City of Eureka met in Special Session on the above date, 5:30 P.M. Open Session, at the Eureka City Hall, Council Chambers, 531 “K” Street, Eureka.

A) REPORTS/ACTION ITEMS
A.1 Capital Improvement Program Financing - City Engineer Jesse Willor provided a report. No one from the public addressed the Council regarding this subject matter. Council received the report.
A.2 Capital Project Reimbursement - Finance Director Lane Millar provided a report. No one from the public addressed the Council regarding this subject matter.
G. Mario Fernandez moved, seconded by Kati Moulton, to adopt a Resolution No. 2025- 09 of the City of Eureka declaring the official intent of the City of Eureka to reimburse itself for certain capital expenditures from the proceeds of indebtedness., motion Carried Ayes: Leslie Castellano, Kati Moulton, G. Mario Fernandez, Scott Bauer, Renee Contreras-DeLoach
