The City Council of the City of Eureka met in SPECIAL Session on the above date, 6:00 P.M. Open Session, at the Eureka City Hall, Council Chambers, 531 “K” Street, Eureka.

A.1 C Street Bicycle Boulevard – Award- Director Jesse Willor provided a report.

Councilmember Fernandez moved to postpone decision to June 17th, motion fails due to lack of second.
Leslie Castellano moved, seconded by Kati Moulton, Declare R.A.O. Construction Co.
Inc. the low bidder for Bid No. 2025-17 the C Street Bicycle Boulevard Project. and award Bid No. 2025-17 to RAO Construction Co. Inc. for the amount of $2,180,180.00; and approve $2,344,000.00 for construction, which includes a contingency of approximately 7%, motion Carried.
