Renee Contreras-DeLoach moved, seconded by Kati Moulton, Adopt Resolution No. 2026- 02 of the City Council Opposing United States Military Involvement in Venezuela and Expressing Support for the War Powers Resolution, excluding the language of authorization by Congress, motion Carried.
