To:Fairfax Town Council <[email protected]> Without implementation, Fairfax rent control and tenant protection laws cannot be enforced, and our town renters will continue to be at risk of displacement .
Tenants need a way to challenge an illegal rent increase or unlawful eviction..
Please implement the new Rent Stabilization and Just Cause Eviction ordinances.
Only then can we truly prevent (Working Families) and our (Seniors ) who rent their homes from being forced out of our Fairfax communities ...
