Dear Mayor Cutrano and the Fairfax Town Council Members, We fully endorse the comments made by Former Mayor Frank Egger regarding the proposed ordinance that will amend Title 17 (Zoning) of the Town of Fairfax Municipal Code.
If you adopt Dyett & Bhatia’s proposed zoning ordinance; approve the new Housing Element with high-rise at School Street Plaza; certify the related CEQA required Environmental Impact Report; and allow open spaces and ridgeline scenic corridors to be developed, then Fairfax won’t be recognizable in ten years.
Please oppose the proposed ordinance and amendments to Title 17.
