TOWN OF FAIRFAX PROCLAMATION
Honoring Toni DeFrancis on Her Retirement as the
Town Council Minutes Clerk
WHEREAS, Toni DeFrancis has dutifully served the Town of Fairfax, California, as the Town Council Minute Clerk with unwavering dedication, professionalism, and excellence for an admirable thirty years; and
WHEREAS, throughout her tenure, Toni DeFrancis has been the epitome of professionalism, consistently demonstrating punctuality and precision in the preparation and maintenance of the minutes of Town Council meetings, thereby ensuring an accurate and accessible historical record for the community; and
WHEREAS, her commitment to her role has significantly contributed to the effective and efficient functioning of the Town Council, aiding in the transparency and accountability of local government to the residents of Fairfax; and
WHEREAS, her retirement marks the end of a noteworthy chapter in the history of Fairfax's local government and leaving a legacy of high standards; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT PROCLAIMED that the Town of Fairfax does hereby extend its deepest gratitude and warmest congratulations to Toni DeFrancis on the occasion of her retirement. The Town acknowledges her invaluable contributions and wishes her a fulfilling and joyous new chapter in life.
BE IT FURTHER PROCLAIMED that the Town Council declares Wednesday, February 7, 2024, as "Toni DeFrancis Day" in the Town of Fairfax, in honor of her exceptional service and commitment to the community.
