To:Fairfax Town Council <[email protected]> Dear Fairfax Town Council,
I am writing in support of the MOU for the Wall Property that will be discussed tonight at the meeting.

Unfortunately, I am unable to attend but am fully in support of preserving the Wall Property as open space.

Thank you,

My name is Chris Cook and I am a Fairfax resident. You may have met me at one of the many meetings to “save the wall property”. I am worried what the “certain circumstances” MOST will ask the town to agree to. Can someone tell me what these circumstances are? Thank you,
Chris

Subject: Urgent need to save Wall Property
This is a call to immediate action!
Tomorrow night, 6:30 pm, at the Women's Club at 46 Park Drive in Fairfax The Fairfax Town Council will be meeting to decide the fate of the Wall Property.

They will be voting to decide whether to go forward with a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Marin Open Space Trust (MOST).

This MOU is an agreement by which the town will agree to take title to the property under certain circumstances,
So, it is very important that we have a big turnout from our community at the meeting.

PLEASE
Come and also tell your friends, neighbors and other concerned citizens.

We need to make sure that the town knows its community is for this.

Together, we can save this natural treasure.
