Call to Order/Roll Call:
Mayor Blash called the Regular Meeting to order at 9:38 a.m.
COUNCILMEMBERS PRESENT: Lisel Blash, Mayor
Barbara Coler
Frank Egger

Stephanie Hellman, Vice Mayor
STAFF MEMBERS PRESENT: Heather Abrams, Town Manager
Christine Foster, Deputy Town Clerk
Janet Coleson, Town Attorney
APPROVAL OF AGENDA
M/S Coler/Hellman, Motion to approve the agenda.
AYES: Egger, Ghiringhelli, Coler, Vice Mayor Hellman, Mayor Blash
PUBLIC COMMENT
• Jody Timms commented on the Town’s accomplishments.
• Todd Greenberg commented on the budget and town priorities. • Mark Bell commented on the budget and expenditures.
• Minna Kim commented on town priorities and the work of the Chamber.
ANNUAL GOAL SETTING RETREAT
The Council conducted the retreat and discussed the following topics. • Review/discuss Town accomplishments of 2024
• Discuss Council Member goals for 2025
• Review/discuss Town-staff goals for 2025
• Review and set priorities for 2025
• Review/discuss Town Council Meeting structure, effectiveness, length of time • Roles and responsibilities of Council Members, Town Manager, Town Attorney, staff, committees/commissions
• Review/discuss Budget process
Council deliberation included setting priorities for the next year, including:
1. Road Maintenance and Infrastructure
2. Housing and Community Development
3. Public Safety, Fire, and Emergency Preparedness
4. Budget Stability & Organizational Efficiency
5. Civility, Inclusivity & Community Engagement
6. Commitment to the Environment
ADJOURNMENT
