RECOMMENDATION
Reappoint Bruce Ackerman to the Marin/Sonoma Mosquito Vector Control District Board of Directors.
DISCUSSION
Bruce Ackerman’s term on the Marin/Sonoma Mosquito Vector Control District Board (“MSMVCD”) expires on December 31, 2025. Councilmember Ackerman has indicated he would like to continue to serve on the Board for a second 4-year term.
It is important to note that MSMVCD appointees do not serve at the pleasure of the Council. Rather, once appointed, the member serves at the pleasure of the MSMVCD.
