ROLL CALL
Councilmember Pam Bertani, Councilmember Cat Moy, Councilmember Doriss Panduro, Councilmember Chuck Timm, Councilmember Scott Tonnesen, Vice Mayor Rick Vaccaro, Mayor Harry Price were all present.
PLEDGE OF ALLEGINCE
The pledge of allegiance was led by Councilmember Bertani.
PUBLIC COMMENTS
Sophia Rios spoke about being homeless.
NEW BUSINESS
1. Resolution 2022-56 of the City Council of the City of Fairfield Endorsing Support for Amending the Governance Structure of Community Action Partnership of Solano, Joint Powers Authority
Presented by Dawn La Bar, Homeless Services Manager
Motion to approve moved by Vice -Mayor Vaccaro, seconded by Councilmember Panduro, the vote was unanimous to approve.
2. Homeless Initiatives Overview and Council Goal Priority Setting City Council discussed their goals and priorities with City staff regarding Citywide homeless initiatives. An action plan for the next year will be created based on the discussion.
