Significant exposure to litigation pursuant to paragraph (2) or (3) of subdivision (d) of Section 54956.9:  One potential case.

One (1) Claim:  The City of Fairfield received a claim presented under the Government Claims Act from the Showcase LLC claiming that the City and Councilmember Catherine Moy are liable for slander, libel, and commercial disparagement arising from statements made by Councilmember Moy during a City Council meeting and at City Hall. Showcase LLC has submitted a settlement offer for Council consideration.

3.Conference with Legal Counsel—Anticipated Litigation
Significant exposure to litigation pursuant to paragraph (2) or (3) of subdivision (d) of Section 54956.9: One (1) potential case
Threat of litigation by Solano County Orderly Growth Committee on April 1, 2022 regarding Potential Inter­Agency Water Delivery Agreement for Middle Green Valley Project (Government Code section 54956.9(e)(5))
