Agency Negotiators: David Gassaway, Dwayne Dalman, David Lim (City Attorney’s Office)
Negotiating Parties: Jones Lang Lasalle, Bank of America Under Negotiation: Negotiate and approve price and terms of Purchase Agreement between City and property owner, and authorize Agency Negotiators to begin purchase process
