CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Harry T. Price called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m.
Present were Councilmembers Pam Bertani, Doriss Panduro, Chuck Timm, and Scott Tonnesen; Vice Mayor Rick Vaccaro, and Mayor Price. Councilmember Cat Moy was absent.
Carol Hummel was present via Zoom but declined to make a public comment prior to closed session.
No other members of the public wished to speak. The City Council went into closed session with City Attorney David Lim, RWG Attorney Peter Pierce, and City Manager David Gassaway in the room, and private attorneys Adam Ambrozy and Richard Osman via Zoom.
